RECETTE MINCEUR ET GOURMANDE : FLAN AUX POIRES

INGRÉDIENTS

  • NB DE PERSONNES : 6
  • 100 gr de farine complète
  • 100 gr de sucre
  • 1/2  paquet de levure
  • 2 oeufs
  • 250 ml de lait d’amandes grillées
  • 25 gr de beurre doux
  • 500 gr de poires
  • 1 paquet de sucre vanillé

PRÉPARATION

  • PRÉPARATION : 20 MIN
  • CUISSON : 40 MIN. th 4/5 ou 180°
  1. Dans un saladier, mélangez la farine, le sucre et la levure
  2. Ajoutez les jaunes d’œufs et le quart du lait
  3. Versez sur la pate le reste du lait bouillit avec le beurre
  4. Remuez bien, ajoutez les blancs battus en neige ferme et le sucre vanillé
  5. Versez la pate dans un plat à gratin recouvert de papier cuisson
  6. Couvrez de quartiers de poires
  7. Faites cuire 40 mn à four moyen
  8. Servez tiède ou froid, saupoudré légèrement de sucre glace
